United States Fourth Circuit

Conviction and sentence for participation in an extensive drug trafficking conspiracy involving more than 50 grams of crack cocaine and for participation in a conspiracy to possess firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime are affirmed over principal claim that police and federal agents obtained evidence against defendant on two different occasions through violations of his Fifth Amendment rights and then used the evidence against him at trial.
