Bryan v. BellSouth Commc'ns, Inc., 06-1746

In case involving putative class action alleging that defendant's Federal Universal Service Charge was excessive and that defendant violated North Carolina's Unfair Trade Practices Act by not disclosing to its customers certain information about the FUSC, judgment for defendant, and issuance of injunction of state court action, is affirmed over claim that the injunction violated the Anti-Injunction Act.
