US v. Wilson, 05-4435, 05-4503, 05-4837
Convictions and sentences for conspiracy to distribute cocaine, as well as unlawful possession of a firearm for one defendant, are affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court erred in allowing certain expert testimony; 2) the district court erred in giving misleading jury instructions; 3) the district court erred in not suppressing wiretaps; 4) there was insufficient evidence to support a conviction for conspiracy; and 5) there was insufficient evidence to support the firearms convictions.
