Jennings v. Univ. of N. Carolina, 04-2447

In a suit by a college athlete alleging sexual harassment by her coach, summary judgment for defendants is reversed on plaintiff's Title IX and 42 U.S.C. section 1983 claims where plaintiff presented sufficient evidence to raise triable questions of fact on all disputed elements of her Title IX claim against the university and section 1983 claims against the coach and his supervisor. Summary judgment for all other defendants and on all other claims is affirmed.
