CSX Transp. Inc. v. Transp. Communications Int'l Union, 06-1414

In suit brought to vacate several arbitration awards issued by the National Railroad Adjustment Board, and arising from a labor dispute, summary judgment for defendants and denial of summary judgment to plaintiff is affirmed over claim that the NRAB did not have jurisdiction to resolve those disputes and that the Surface Transportation Board had exclusive jurisdiction.
