US v. Moussaoui, 06-4611

On motion brought by intervenors, who are civil plaintiffs in tort suits regarding the September 11 attacks, order that government provide certain victims of the September 11 attacks non-public discovery materials that the government had provided to defendant Zacarias Moussaoui in the course of its criminal case against him is reversed as the district court lacked the power to institute the orders.
