In a case brought by an architectural firm alleging copyright infringement for the construction of home using protected architectural plans, award of damages to plaintiff is affirmed. Denial of an injunction to compel the return or destruction of the infringing plans is vacated and remanded for further consideration in light of eBay Inc. v. MercExchange, L.L.C., 126 S. Ct. 1837 (2006).
