In case involving dispute between former domestic partners over wages and ownership of dog-grooming business, "Hair of the Dog", summary judgment for defendant on sole federal claim, and dismissal of state law claims after declining to exercise supplemental jurisdiction, is affirmed as although there may be a basis for recovery in state law, the FLSA cannot be transformed into a blunt instrument to resolve all manner of financial disputes.
