United States Fourth Circuit

Haoua v. Gonzales, 05-2181

Petition for review of order that petitioner be removed to Niger, her country of origin, based on finding that she had only a 10% chance of undergoing female genital mutilation if she returned to Niger, is granted insofar as it challenges the denial of her application for asylum and withholding of removal as the IJ's findings on these issues are not supported by substantial evidence.
