Ayes v. US Dep't of Veterans Affairs, 05-2263

Dismissal of class action complaint alleging agency defendant violated the anti-discrimination provision of the Bankruptcy Code by refusing to fully restore veteran home-loan guaranty entitlements to plaintiffs solely because of their previous discharges in bankruptcy is affirmed as 11 U.S.C. section 525(a), the anti-discrimination provision, does not apply to the veteran guaranty entitlement.
