Orders issued under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act that 1) determined the medical cause of a knee ailment suffered by a Newport News employee, 2) ordered the company to provide appropriate benefits, and 3) awarded the employee attorney's fees under 33 U.S.C. section 928, are upheld over claims that the medical causation issue was not ripe and that attorney's fees were not warranted.
