Summary judgment in favor of respondent, upholding revocation of petitioner's license to sell firearms, based on commission of over 900 willful violations of the Gun Control Act, is affirmed where petitioner's repeated violations of the Act with knowledge of the law's requirements and after repeated warnings by respondent, constitutes plain indifference toward its known legal obligations and satisfies the willfulness requirement in 18 U.S.C. section 923(e).
