Rux v. Republic of Sudan, 05-2003

Denial of Republic of Sudan's motion to dismiss action brought against it by relatives of American sailors killed in the terrorist bombing of the U.S.S. Cole is affirmed as the district court's exercise of subject matter jurisdiction was proper, and remainder of Sudan's appeal is dismissed.
