US v. Moye, 04-4549

Convictions for being a felon in possession of firearms and possession of stolen firearms are affirmed over claims that: 1) there is insufficient evidence in the record to support defendant's convictions; 2) defendant's separate convictions under 18 U.S.C. sections 922(g)(1) and 922(j) violate the principles of multiplicity set forth by the Supreme Court; and 3) the aiding and abetting instruction was erroneous on several grounds.
