Allstate Ins. Co. v. Fritz, 05-1859

Summary judgment for defendants in a case involving negligent damage to property is affirmed where the plaintiff produced no evidence of defendants' negligence, but reversed where a property lease imposed liability on defendants for negligent acts of their guests.
