Bader v. Kramer, 05-1480

Holding that petitioner was not entitled to seek the return of his daughter to Germany under the Hague Convention on Civil Aspects of Child Abduction is reversed where petitioner retained at least joint custody over his daughter because no competent German court has entered an order granting respondent sole custody.
