Convictions for drug trafficking and firearm violations, related to contraband found in defendant's apartment after a no-knock search, are affirmed over evidentiary claims, however, sentence of 188 months for defendant's drug-trafficking conviction exceeds the maximum sentence authorized without judge-found facts and is vacated.
