Davani v. Virginia Dep't of Transp., 05-1432

Dismissal under the Rooker-Feldman doctrine of plaintiff's complaint alleging employment retaliation, and discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, and religion is reversed where plaintiff's suit did not challenge a state court-s decision, and instead sought redress for an injury allegedly caused by defendants.
