United States Fourth Circuit
US v. Baldovinos, 05-4252
Defendant's convictions and sentence for drug and firearm offenses are affirmed over his claims that he received ineffective assistance of counsel and, although there was plain error with regards to defendant's involuntary medication claim, the court declines to exercise discretion to correct the error.
