US v. Alerre, 03-4207, 03-4212, 04-4161

Defendants' convictions on drug distribution, drug conspiracy, and money-laundering conspiracy charges are affirmed over claims of error regarding sufficiency of the evidence, prosecutorial misconduct, and ineffective assistance of counsel, and defendants' sentences are vacated pursuant to US v. Booker.
