United States Fourth Circuit
Colucci v. Agfa Corp. Severance Pay Plan, 05-1095
In an ERISA dispute over the calculation of plaintiff's severance benefits, the district court's determination that defendant abused its discretion in calculating severance benefits is reversed where the severance plan's language was ambiguous and the district court should have deferred to defendant's reasonable interpretation.
