Brantley v. Republic Mortgage Ins. Co., 05-1047

In an action for alleged violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, defendant-mortgage insurance company, as a nonsignator to an arbitration agreement between plaintiff and its mortgage lender, cannot enforce the agreement to arbitrate against plaintiff.
