UK Ministry of Defence v. Trimble Navigation, 04-1129

The Contracts Disputes Act, which is a statutory scheme for resolving contractual conflicts between the US and government contractors, is not applicable to plaintiff-United Kingdom's breach-of-contract action and does not divest the district court of subject matter jurisdiction over the claim.
