Chao v. Rivendell Woods, Inc., 04-2330

Dismissal of plaintiff-Secretary of Labor's action against various defendants for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act is reversed where the district court erred when it concluded that the complaint did not satisfy Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a).
