LEE v. NLRB, 01-2075

Defendants' uniform logo policy, requiring employees to wear a company and union logo, violates section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. section 157, in that it interferes with an employee's right to refrain from concerted union activity.
