United States Fourth Circuit
US v. PEREZ, 04-4091
The district court's grant of defendant's motion to suppress is reversed where the police officer's reliance on the search warrant for the contraband that precipitated defendant's arrest was objectively reasonable under US v. Leon, 468 U.S. 897 (1984).
