CROMER v. KRAFT FOODS INC., 02-1646, 02-1795

In a settlement resulting from an employment discrimination dispute, plaintiff's Rule 60(b) motion for relief is denied, however, an order imposing upon him a prefiling injunction and finding him in criminal and civil contempt is reversed.
