SCHLOSSBERG v. BARNEY, 03-2081

In a bankruptcy action, the strong-arm clause of the Bankruptcy Code does not vest plaintiff-creditor with the rights and powers of the IRS under federal tax laws to reach entireties property of defendant's non-debtor spouse for the benefit of a debtor's individual creditors.
