United States Fourth Circuit
WHITE v. BFI WASTE SERVS., 03-1833
The Court affirmed summary judgment for defendant on plaintiff's employment discrimination claim because plaintiff failed to complain within the relevant limitations period, however, it reversed summary judgment on plaintiff's hostile work environment claims because whether the hostile work environment continued after plaintiff's departure is a issue of triable fact.
