MCCOY v. HOLLAND, 03-1223

Trustees of the United Mine Workers of America 1974 Pension Plan reasonably concluded that plaintiff's disability was proximately caused by a combination of psychological problems and degenerative disc disease, not by the mine accident. Summary judgment must be entered for defendants.
