SHALIEHSABOU v. HEBREW HOME OF GREATER WASHINGTON, INC., 03-1314
Because plaintiff, a kosher supervisor, is employed in a ministerial role by a religiously affiliated employer, he falls within the ministerial exception to the Fair Labor Standards Act. Accordingly, he is not an "employee" entitled to overtime under that Act; summary judgment for defendant is affirmed.
