United States Fourth Circuit

US v. QUINN, 02-4753, 02-4762

Bribery convictions are affirmed. Sentences are vacated, however, as the district court erred in calculating the benefit to be received in exchange for the bribes by adding the gross, rather than the net, values of the contracts.
