United States Fourth Circuit

JTH TAX, INC. v. H & R BLOCK E. TAX SERVS., INC., 03-1250

The district court did not abuse its discretion in finding defendant to be in substantial compliance with its injunction. It reasonably found that defendant's advertisements "clearly and prominently" disclose whether an advertised product is actually a loan, even though the loan disclosures appear in smaller font and less apparent colors than the rest of the text.
