United States Fourth Circuit

GANTT v. SEC., USA, INC., 03-1033

District court erred in awarding summary judgment to plaintiff's employer with respect to her emotional distress claim. Though he knew the circumstances surrounding a protective order barring her former boyfriend from having any contact with her, plaintiff's supervisor intentionally assigned her to an unsecured post.
