United States Fourth Circuit

US v. RYAN-WEBSTER, 02-4650

Convictions for conspiracy to defraud the US and immigration fraud are affirmed over claims that defendant's conduct does not fall within the ambit of the governing statute, 18 U.S.C. section 1546(a), and that the district court committed plain error when it named an unindicted co-conspirator in the jury instructions.
