NEWSOM v. ALBEMARLE COUNTY SCH. BD., 03-1125

Plaintiff's appeal of order denying preliminary injunction is reversed, as he satisfied the test governing preliminary injunctions with regard to his claims that the challenged portion of the school's dress code is both unconstitutionally overbroad and vague.
