MARTIN v. SAINT MARY'S DEP'T OF SOC. SERVS., 99-2107
In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action, the district court's grant of qualified immunity to defendants is affirmed where defendants' conduct in removing plaintiff's children was no more than negligent conduct, and there was no due process violation.
