Convictions and sentence for kidnapping resulting in death, in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 1201(a)(1), and interstate stalking resulting in death, in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 2261A, are affirmed over procedural, evidentiary and insufficiency of the indicment objections.
