US v. OSBORNE, 02-4089

Cocaine convictions are affirmed as the court did not err in determining the quantity of drugs attributable to defendant, and a district judge is not required to review de novo the Rule 11 proceedings conducted by a magistrate judge, absent a defendant's request.
