Sentences for conspiracy to structure financial transactions to evade reporting requirements, in violation of 31 U.S.C. section 5324, are affirmed where the district court correctly found that defendants were not entitled to the sentencing reduction offered by the safe harbor provision of U.S.S.G. section 2S1.3(b)(2).
