HILL v. OZMINT, 03-1

Petitioner's claims that: 1) the court violated the Constitution in refusing to grant a continuance, 2) the presence of numerous uniformed officers in the courtroom and courthouse during the trial was unconstitutional, 3) the district court erred in refusing to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the presence of officers in the court, and 4) ineffective assistance of counsel, are all denied.
