C. F. TRUST, INC. v. FIRST FLIGHT LTD. P'SHIP, 01-1753

In light of two certified questions to the Virginia Supreme Court regarding the permissability of piercing the corporate veil against a limited partnership, the district court's order declaring one defendant an alter ego of another defendant for purposes of securing a judgment is affirmed.
