FAWCETT v. MCROBERTS, 01-2406
Because the district court erred in its interpretation and application of Scottish law, the court order that defendant return to Scotland pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and the International Child Abduction Remedies Act ("ICARA"), 42 U.S.C.A. sections 11601-11610 (West 1995) is reversed.
