BESKIND v. EASLEY, 02-1432

North Carolina's Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) laws unconstitution-ally discriminate against out-of-state wine manufacturers and sellers. The district court's remedy striking down the core provisions of North Carolina's direct-shipment prohibitions is vacated.
