A 28 U.S.C.A. section 2254 petitioner failed to show the denial of any constitutional right in numerous claims, including (1) government elicited perjurious witness testimony, and (2) denial of effective assistance based on counsel's failure to impeach a witness with a prior inconsistent statement.
