US v. HAMLIN, 02-4252, 02-4264

21 U.S.C.A. section 841(b)(1)(D) provides the applicable statutory maximum for marijuana violations where the quantity of the drug is undetermined. Dismissal of defendant's conviction under 18 U.S.C.A. - 924(c) is reversed.
