A former employee proferred 1) direct evidence of sex and age discrimination in statements of her safety inspector, who substantially influenced a company decision to fire her, and 2) sufficient evidence that certain reports by her inspector were in retaliation for her complaints, thus summary judgment for the employer is reversed.
