FREILICH v. UPPER CHESAPEAKE HEALTH, INC., 01-1890

After termination of medical staff privileges, a physician's action alleging 1) the unconstitutionality of federal statutes granting immunity to peer review participants and Maryland physician credentialing statutes, and 2) ADA and Rehabilitation Act claims, was properly dismissed due to the discretion owed to hospital governance.
