Early in an anticybersquatting case, the availability of personal jurisdiction may defeat in rem jurisdiction over a domain name. Possession of an offending internet domain name is not possible through a trademark-dilution claim under 15 U.S.C.A. section 1125(c) and 28 U.S.C.A. section 1655.
