OVERNITE TRANSP. CO. v. NLRB, 01-1388, 01-1498

An NLRB order, requiring a trucking company to bargain with local unions, is enforced where the company did not show that the extent of employee organization was "controlling" in the NLRB's unit determinations, and the unions' election-day surveillance did not inhibit employee's free choice.
